Standard Prices & Details

You are paying for my time & talent only.  These session fees are for up to 4 people or casual gatherings of up to 20 people.  Larger events contact me for further details.  This price also includes 1 custom master CD-Rom per session with all the best images from the shoot (includes up to 100 original images hand processed by me per 2 hour shoot time).  First 15 miles is included. Please note that extra milage rates, parking fees, postage, & additional Master Cds (if required/requested) is the clients responsibilty.  Your CD will be ready for pickup within 3-5 weeks after your shoot in most cases (see below).  All work is processed  in the order they were recieved with high attention to detail! 

“Full Session” Fee minimum: $175 covers a studio or location shoot within 15 miles of my office for up to 2 hours. 

“Short Session” Fee minimum: $120 covers a studio or location shoot within 15 miles of my office for up to 1 hour.

“Group Photo Op” Fee minimums:  On Location:  (within 15 miles of my office) $80 per 1 hour slot, $40 per half hour slot.  In Studio:  $100 per 1 hour slot, $50 per half hour slot.  Please Note:  special rules & arrangements apply to all "Photo Op" Bookings & require a minimum 4 hour booking to reseve my day.  Your CD will be ready for pickup 3-5 weeks after your shoot in most cases as these require more processing time.

“Wedding” Fee minimums:  Priority Scheduling with me means no other appointments will be booked on your special day! On location is $250 up to 2 hours.  Additional time is $80 per hour booked in advance, $100 an hour if kept beyond planned.  Please Note:  special arrangements apply to all "Wedding" Bookings & require a minimum 1 month notice to reserve your priority day.  Your Master CD will be ready for pickup within 6-8 weeks after your shoot or sooner in most cases as these require more hand processing time. 

“High Action Profile” Fee minimums:  High Action rates apply to shoots to be used for promotionals, sporting events, concerts, bands, & other things expected to be possibly used for publishing.  Priority Scheduling with me for these events mean no other appointments will be booked within 2 hours outside your scheduled time!  On location $80 up to 1 hour, up to 2 hours $160, paid in advance.  Additional time is $70 per hour booked in advance, $80 an hour if kept beyond planned.  Please Note:  special fees & arrangements apply to all "High Action" Bookings & require a minimum 1 month notice to reserve your priority scheduling.  Your Images can be purchased on a per image basis through the gallery or you may purchase personal printing rights though the purchase of a master CD for $75 each.  If you choose to purchase all your images with a master CD your CD will be ready for pickup 3-4 weeks after your shoot in most cases as these require more processing time.  Permission for any publication is only permitted by special arrangement, in advance, watermarking & acknowedgment is required. 

• With A Master CD:  You have full rights to print these on your own at no additional charge by me (they are yours to print & share with your family)!  You may use your signed contract as my photographer's release if needed for personal developing purposes or you may have the developing location call the phone number on your master disk to authorize.  I (the photographer) also reserve full rights to the photos for my own personal/professional use.  Permission for any publication by client is only permitted by special arrangement, in advance, & watermarking is required. If ANY un-watermarked photos are used on personal private or public web pages or sites simply note "Ocean Tiff Photography www.OceanTiff.Com" as a courtesy to photographers work.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer is due at the time of booking or by 8 weeks prior to your session (no later than 3 day after contract signing) to hold your appointment.  Remainder of payment is due prior to the start of services & can be paid either by 1 week in advance or on arrival of photographer (decided in advance).
• Additional Time:  During the full or short session is an additional $80 per hour.
• Additional copies of your master photo CD’s are $10 each or 5 for $40.
• Rush Jobs (For Master CD Images Only):  Based on availability - Any 2 week rush is $60 extra.  Any 1 week priority rush is $100 extra.  Any rush order must be paid in advance & arranged with me by the day of your session.
• By request:  Extra Images over & above your master CD originals are $75 per disk of up to 100 original images each, all hand processed by me & paid in advance.  Optional: Premium Package prices to include ALL usable images hand processed by me by special arrangement to determine cost & paid in advance.

Slide shows on DVD:  (optional) I can make a custom slide show of your session for an additional $75 for up to 100 images of our choice.  This price includes it being published on the web for up to 3 months & 1 copy on DVD for you to keep.  Additional DVD’s are $15 each or buy 10 for $125.

Online Photo Galleries:  As an option for your viewing & ordering convenience may be available on my website at www.OceanTiff.com.  More details below.

Photo Albums:  On special request I can make library book bound photo albums for you to create a lasting memory & keepsake.  Prices vary by size, number of pages & complexity. Prices range from $150-$400 on average for the 1^st album*.

* There is a great discount on additional copies!

*Special Notes:

If you live far away or just want to make it easy and would like me to mail your photo CD to you, I will do this, via USPS Priority Mail, for an additional fee of $10 per address. 

Please allow for the possibility of your disk arriving several days after the normal pick-up day to allow for shipping & mail service time.  If you are interested in this option:  Just include the extra $10 and your mailing address with your payment.

*Group Rates:

"Ocean Tiff's Mini Photo Ops" are for groups with at least 12 families & are avaliable with prior appointment & arrangement.  With these special "Photo Ops" each family will recieve thier own Master photo disk included in this special price.  These individual photo sessions with immediate family groups [mom and/or dad and the kid(s)] are a great price per family!  This is a great way to get to know my style & services. 

If you'd like to set this up for your group please contact me at least 2 or more months in advance if possible to secure your date(s).  A non-refundable deposit is needed to hold the date for your group.  These dates do book up fast so as much notice as possible is preffered, Thanks!
